La Mamada

An original dish created by Mama Chuy that quickly became a classic and a must try on your first visit. Made with two sides of three corn tortillas, melted cheese, grilled onions, meat of your choice, sandwiched together and topped with green salsa while slowly cooking. We then sprinkle more cheese and cilantro mixed onions on top.
